Actress HEATHER LOCKLEAR has sparked rumours she is to wed partner JACK WAGNER after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger during her weekend arrest.
The former Melrose Place star, 47, was taken into custody by police in Santa Barbara on Saturday (27Sep08) after a local reported her "driving erratically" upon leaving a parking lot in the coastal city.
She was booked for driving under the influence and being under the influence of a controlled substance, before being released on Sunday (28Sep08) without posting bail.
